Visted store Tractor Supply Co. in Bossier City, LA - Store #1570 the cashier was so sweet she charged me for my items and one item was and over charge she tried to correct the problem she charged me and then went into the system and cancelled the transaction after it took my money so she called the manager to come and refund and correct it he did not know how to fix the problem and he expected me to just leave and allow him to fix it i refused to leave so he got upset and tried to blow me off like he did and i requested something showing my refund would be credited back he could not so he asked me to take the product i had already paid for once as if he was making the problem correct. and then he proceeded days later to tell a customer that visits this store often that I made a seen in which I did not I asked nicely to just make sure my money was refunded correctly without any confrontation at all. IT WAS VERY INAPPRIOATE TO TELL ANOTHER CUSTOMER A LIE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT NOT TO SHOP THERE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND THERE HARD EARNED MONEY IN HIS STORE. SINCERELY UNSATIFIED

I shop and at various locations depending on where I going. Staff at all are very helpful and knowledgeable. Ironically the one nearest me does not meet the level of service the one on Greenwood, the great service of the one off Airline or the one off Mansfield road has. It only one that it difficult to find help os a staff person. So I avoid it.

I love Tractor Supply. Yesterday I ordered a Cub Cadet riding mower and paid for same day delivery. After several hiccups with the delivery, I learned that Tractor Supply uses a third party delivery company called Roadie to do their deliveries. Roadie dropped the ball not once, but twice. The first driver just cancelled my delivery because he wouldn't wait 20 minutes for the tractor to finish being assembled, so I called Tractor Supply and spoke to Demetrius (who was fantastic and incredibly helpful!). He reached back out to Roadie on my behalf and got a second driver to come pick up the delivery. But that driver showed up with just a pickup truck and no trailer. After speaking with the local Tractor Supply staff again, they were able to cancel the Roadie delivery AND get me a full refund on the delivery fee. They also helped me load a trailer with my new Cub Cadet and Demetrius gave me a full breakdown on how to use the tractor since I've always just used push mowers. 10/10 for the in-house staff at the Bossier Tractor Supply. Fantastic customer service!!
